BEFORE YOU CONNECT

A few useful checks.

Confirm your plan, the platform requirements and who should approve changes in the workspace.

Will connecting a CMS publish a change?

Connection verification checks access. Publishing is a separate action governed by supported fields and your approval policy. Review those settings before enabling automation.

Can I restore an earlier value?

Supported changes retain original field values. Restoration checks for conflicting later edits and stops when restoring would overwrite someone else’s work.

Does every integration include the same actions?

No. Providers expose different data, permissions and editing capabilities. Verify the workflow for your specific website; a successful connection alone does not confirm every action.
