01 / SETUP & WORKFLOW
Create your workspace
- Create an account and open the sign-in link in your email. Each link works once.
- Open Websites, choose Add Site, and enter the public address of a website you manage.
- Choose your active website in the top bar. Research and website tools use this selection.
02 / SETUP & WORKFLOW
Run and review an audit
- Open Website Audit and start a crawl. The status updates while the background worker visits pages.
- Open the completed crawl to review affected URLs and issues. Prioritise errors that affect crawling, indexing, or page content.
- Create an autofix draft for a supported change. Review the exact value and target page before approving it.
03 / SETUP & WORKFLOW
Connect WordPress
- Install and activate Yoast SEO on your WordPress site. Download the Sitecheer SEO Connector below and install it using Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Create a WordPress application password for a user who can edit the pages you plan to update.
- In Sitecheer, open Integrations → WordPress, enter your site address, username, and application password, then connect and test.
- Publish a reviewed draft from Autofix. Sitecheer reads the page back to check the result. Rollback restores the saved original value and stops if someone has edited the page in the meantime.
04 / SETUP & WORKFLOW
Research keywords and search visibility
- Open Keyword Research from Website tools, enter a seed topic and location, and start discovery. Wait for the query to complete before opening its clusters.
- Use a completed cluster in Market Share. Each snapshot samples up to 10 keywords and the first 20 organic results. It is a sample of search visibility, not a complete market census.
- AI Visibility checks configured answer providers. Failed requests appear as errors rather than visibility scores.
05 / SETUP & WORKFLOW
Connect Google data
- Search Console, Analytics, and Google Business Profile each require permission from an account that can access the selected property.
- Start the relevant Google connection from the application, approve the requested access, and select or enter the property or location identifiers.
- A connection does not create historical data. Google can return no results for a new property or restrict API access until its account requirements are met.
06 / SETUP & WORKFLOW
Create reports and scenarios
- Open Agency Reports, create an agency workspace, and link websites you own. Add your report branding and request a report.
- Wait for the report to complete, then download the PDF. Reports use the audits and changes actually recorded in your workspace.
- Simulations estimate scenarios from stated assumptions. They are planning tools and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue.
07 / SETUP & WORKFLOW
Resolve common problems
- If a job fails, read its error before retrying. Missing credentials, exhausted provider credit, and rejected CMS permissions need different remedies.
- For WordPress, verify that Yoast and the connector are active and that the application-password user can edit the target page.
- For billing, use the subscription controls in Settings. Contact support for account access or unresolved errors; include the page and action, but never send passwords or API keys.
