Good work needs
careful boundaries.
Account access, connection permissions and reviewed changes all contribute to a considered workflow. Here’s where you can take an active role.
Your account is the starting point.
Sitecheer supports email sign-in links and passkeys. Keep access to your email account secure, use a personal account for your work and review account security options in Settings.
Give a connection the access it needs.
Connected services use their own credentials and permissions. For WordPress, create an application password for a user who can edit the intended pages. You can revoke access at the provider when the connection is no longer needed.
Review what will change.
Publishing requires a compatible connection and follows your workspace approval policy. Inspect the exact target and proposed value. Supported changes retain original values; restoration checks for conflicting later edits.
Understand the services involved.
Search, AI, email and payment providers process the information needed to deliver their features. Their availability, permissions and processing requirements are part of the workflow. Contact the team for deployment and provider details relevant to your requirements.
Bring a concern to the team.
If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, contact us with a concise description and the affected page or workflow. Avoid sending live passwords, API keys or unrelated personal information. Ask for a suitable channel if sensitive technical details are needed.
Contact the Sitecheer teamFor procurement or regulated use, ask for the current security documentation and assess it against your own requirements. This overview does not state a certification, audit result or service-level guarantee.
